Local Pickup

If you live close to Hendersonville, or are visiting our area, stop by and see us.

Our office is located between Asheville, North Carolina (home of Biltmore Estate) and Greenville, South Carolina (gateway to the South).

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST

Please note that our office does not actually stock any framing supplies. If you are in the area and would like to pick up your order in the office, please call or come in and place the order at least 24 hours in advance. We do have mat and frame corner samples available for viewing in our office. We are not able to pull products from our warehouse or cut frames while you wait.

Advantages of Local Pickup include:

No shipping cost.
No minimum purchase for mat board or foam board.
Option to purchase assembled frames (instead of chops or length).
Glass can be purchased by the case in standard sizes without motor freight costs.

Again, to ensure that we have your order ready for pickup, please place it in advance. Generally, for office pickup, if you order before 1:00pm we will have it available for pickup after 1:00pm the next business day. If the order is placed after 1:00pm, it will be available for pickup after 1:00pm in two business days. For example, if you call in your order at 10:00am Monday, you should be able to pick it up after 1:00pm on Tuesday. If you call in your order at 3:00pm Monday, you should be able to pick it up after 1:00pm on Wednesday. Please call with any questions.
